1. Products & Orders

  • We sell outdoor gear: tents, sleeping bags, and folding chairs.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Tents:

  • Follow setup instructions carefully.

  • Use on level ground; stake securely.

  • Do not use open flames inside tent (fire hazard).

  • Keep away from power lines.

Sleeping Bags:

  • Use within temperature ratings for safety.

  • Keep away from children (strangulation risk from cords).

  • Follow care instructions.

Folding Chairs:

  • Follow assembly/unfolding instructions.

  • Do not exceed weight limits (typically 250-350 lbs).

  • Place on level surface.

  • Keep fingers away from folding joints.

3. Flammability Standards

  • Tents: CPAI-84 certified.

  • Sleeping bags: 16 CFR Part 1610.

4. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper setup, weather exposure, accidents).

6. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
